These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MapMyMerit (the "Service"), operated by Twentin Technosoft Pvt Ltd("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MapMyMerit is a data-driven prediction tool that estimates the colleges a student may be eligible for during competitive-exam counselling, based on the student's inputs (merit rank, category, preferences, etc.) matched against historical official cutoff data.
Predictions are estimates, not guarantees.They are generated from past counselling data and statistical trends. Actual counselling outcomes depend on the conducting authority's official process and may differ from our predictions. MapMyMerit does not guarantee admission to any college, branch, or seat.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Plans, Pricing & Payments
MapMyMerit offers a free preview and paid plans that grant a fixed number of prediction "iterations". Current pricing is displayed on our Plans page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Each successful prediction run consumes one iteration from your plan. Purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on eligibility for refunds.
4. Free Preview
The free preview provides a limited, non-identifying summary of matching colleges (tier breakdown, cities, branch clusters) without revealing specific college names or exact cutoffs. It is intended to demonstrate the Service's value and does not constitute a full prediction report.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract our underlying cutoff data or prediction methodology.
- Share your account credentials with, or use the Service on behalf of, unauthorised third parties.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, prediction methodology, and underlying software, is the property of Twentin Technosoft Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Official cutoff data is drawn from publicly published counselling records and remains the property of the respective conducting authorities.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twentin Technosoft Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of admission opportunity, arising from reliance on predictions generated by the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time via Contact Us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
